30 Ravensdowne

1977 - 1979 Architect: Robert Rind Associates

30 Ravensdowne was originally built in the 1790s as a pair of cottages with two adjoining icehouses.  It occupies an important site in a street of fine houses, with the Lions Gardens (now allotments) and the Elizabethan Town Walls behind. The cottages and gardens were purchased by the trust in October 1977 and the conversion was completed in 1979.
